Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this family-friendly hotel. I appreciated the standard room with a double bed, good air condition. The staff was willing to help, everyone was excellent and respectful.

Everything was great, truly enjoyed our great stay. Courteous, polite staff was willing to help. They helped us get a shuttle to airport.

We loved our 4-nights stay.

Loved hotel' s location and stuff, had a really really nice stay of a two star venue. It was maximum 5 minutes drive to the airport. The room I booked was cleaned and available with king bed.

The hotel was fairly clean, staff was fabulously helpful. This venue was in a nice area close enough to the surrounding areas and the main highway that connects Ponce and San Juan and the airport. They offered varied breakfast in the restaurant.

Everything was well managed, the room was nonsmoking, the location was strategic. A supermarket and shopping malls were right next door. Also, it was 1 mile from Los Caobos. They made my stay really good. Had hot drinks in the swim-up bar.

Lovely building, huge and huge rooms. Absolutely stunning view of pool. An extremely convenient hotel with helpful staff. Its location was quiet, so close to shopping malls and the center of Ponce and airport.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so we had the best stay. And it also had nice view. We appreciated the excellant service. The food in the restaurant was lovely and the restaurant was amazing.

Loyal staff, surprisingly quiet room, in general I thoroughly enjoyed this quite comfortable hotel. The location was perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The staff did all they can for a good stay.

I came here for 4 nights and had a fine stay. It was clean enough in the hotel. There were a supermarket and shopping centers around the venue. Climate control, a private safe and an electronic key card in the room, absolutely perfect location. The swim-up bar was a delightful surprise.

The pool is clean. The place is 2.5 miles away from Ponce downtown.

Buffet breakfast and acceptable prices. Morning meal food was GOOD. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.

The staff was excellent, as for 3-stars hotel. Handy base for a city break in Ponce! We do recommend once again...
